The main of this project work is to carry on detailed research and design construction, development, control, and evaluation of a microcontroller-based industrial motor speed control, which main and chief control is the AT89S52 microcontroller unit that is introduced here as “intelligent technology” using the pulse width modulation (PWM) controlling principle to the control of speed in an industrial motor in co-operating with analog circuit and output digital display. Indicates the lowest to the highest speed clapping by Clapping or SPO to SP5. This project presented to technological way out tomorrow by the usage of microcontroller industrial motor speed control, which will be of great benefit to industrial motor speed stimulation and control. The microcontroller-based Industrial motor speed control programmes that monitor through pulse width modulation (PWM) automatically switch the speed to low and high through controller drivers and the motor.

Industries demand a way to control wirelessly or a smooth control of industrially applied motors to carry on with their day-to-day operations without stress. This project is all about to introduce a way an industrial motor speed can be control without stress without wasting energy consumption while in operation with high and low-speed demand accordingly to desire speed by the introduction of “Microcontroller” unit incorporation with circuitry and output into or device to achieve that desire speed control of industrial motor through the control program embedded in pulse width modulation (PWM) within the “Microcontroller” unit.1.1    PROBLEM ASSOCIATEDMost human being feels so inconvenient about changing motor speed in Industries where the demand of operation is cumbersome and productivity is intense, so mainly changing Industrial motor speed is difficult but by the aid of “Microcontroller” and it associated running and controlling programme through pulse width modulation (PWM) we can automatically change the speed of the Industrial motor from low to high by the instruction beneath the controller driver.
